Rum Tasting & Cigar Tour

We begin with pickup in San Juan at 9:00 AM and head to a historic Puerto Rican rum distillery for our 10:00 AM experience. Begin with a welcome drink before discovering the history of the family and exploring the facilities, including the barrel-aging rooms and bottling area.

We then enter the tasting room for a guided rum tasting experience, progressing from lighter and approachable expressions to the most complex, aged, exclusive, and premium rums. Learn how aging influences aromas, flavors, character, and complexity while developing a deeper appreciation for Puerto Rican rum.

After the tasting, we’ll enjoy lunch at a celebrated local restaurant known for its exceptional Puerto Rican cuisine, traditional dishes, and creative specialties featuring plantains, a staple of the island’s culinary heritage.

Our journey continues at the Tobacco Museum in Caguas, where we explore the history of tobacco, its cultivation, production, and cultural importance in Puerto Rico.

We finish at a premium cigar shop offering an impressive selection of quality cigars from Puerto Rico and around the world. Browse, purchase, and, if you wish, enjoy a cigar before returning to San Juan at approximately 3:00 PM.
